Reservation Management: Assist customers in making reservations via phone, email, or live-chat. Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and policies.
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. Resolve issues related to booking errors, cancellations, and refunds.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Fresh-graduate welcome (SPM welcome), high school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is a plus.
Customer service experience preferred but not compulsory.
Skills & Experience: Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin & Cantonese (verbal and written). Cantonese language is compulsory. English must have C1 level.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including MS Office and online communication tools.
