APAC Client Service Operations – Responsibilities
Act as a key operational partner to Client Group teams by analysing, resolving, and advising on complex operational issues and queries.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties, including custodians, vendors, and service providers, to ensure effective and well-controlled delivery of operational services.
Identify and implement process improvements, controls, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, quality, scalability, and risk management.
Contribute to the design and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and solutions aligned to the firm's operating model and risk framework.
Leverage regional expertise, including knowledge of APAC market practices and regulatory expectations, to deliver an operating model appropriate for local client needs.
Qualifications
Commerce/finance graduate with capital market/fund administration experience
Experience in investment operations, including custody and accounting/recordkeeping; exposure to operational risk management environments preferred.
Understanding of capital markets operations, foreign exchange transactions, and their impact on recordkeeping and client portfolios.
A team-oriented attitude, a natural curiosity to learn, and a desire to increase their contribution to the team and with Client
An ability to synthesize information quickly as well as to identify, research and resolve unfamiliar issues
Strong attention to detail
A client service mindset and excellent communication skills to converse external with service providers
Recommended related Experience: 1-3 Years
