Capital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

The Capital Marketing Specialist will interpret and analyze US FICC clearing regulations (CFTC, SEC, FINRA) and translate them into actionable business and technical requirements. The role involves gathering and validating requirements, mapping processes, identifying gaps, supporting project delivery, facilitating stakeholder communication, preparing documentation, and assisting in testing and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory analysis and translation into business requirements.
• Engage stakeholders for requirements gathering and process validation.
• Map current and future-state processes; recommend solutions.
• Support project planning, implementation, and risk management.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Develop test cases, support UAT, and validate solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally with FICC/regulatory exposure.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products and Front-to-Back flows.
• Understanding of US clearing regulations (CFTC, SEC, FINRA).
• Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and cross-functional project delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (Visio, JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
