We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of technology projects related to risk management systems, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, QA, infrastructure, and operations. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and control objectives. This role is suitable for someone who is structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects related to risk management platforms, controls, and supporting services
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, resource plans, and implementation schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, product, infrastructure, operations, and business units
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business and risk control requirements into actionable project plans
- Track project progress, identify delivery risks, manage issues, and drive timely resolution
- Establish project governance, reporting cadence, and escalation mechanisms
- Manage scope changes, delivery priorities, and timeline impacts in a controlled manner
- Ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards, operational requirements, and control objectives
- Prepare regular project updates, status reports, and management presentations
- Support release planning, rollout coordination, post-release follow-up, and issue tracking
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, cross-team collaboration, and delivery processes
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software delivery, fintech, financial services, or risk-related platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering software or system implementation projects successfully
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery lifecycle
- Good understanding of system implementation, software development lifecycle, and crossfunctional delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving ability, structured thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work effectively under pressure
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related platforms
- Experience in financial services, brokerage, trading, payments, fraud prevention, compliance, or risk control environments will be an advantage
- Technical exposure to platform integration, APIs, workflow systems, or operational systems will be an advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage
Preferred Profile
- Experience managing projects related to risk management platforms, fraud detection systems, client classification, monitoring systems, limits and controls, or case/workflow platforms
- Able to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable handling projects with strong operational, control, and compliance considerations
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to follow through on delivery
- Able to balance business needs, delivery timelines, and system stability
