Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly operational reports, including end-of-day closing and management summaries.
- Monitor car park operations to ensure safety, order and compliance with company policies.
- Assist and serve customers, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, documentation and record keeping, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare additional reports and documentation as requested by the Head of Department (HOD) and maintain proper records for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience working as administrative or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Salary Range: RM1,700 - RM2,000
