Job Description:

To recruit card sales executive and involve in recruitment process of direct sales staff.

To assist in promoting Credit Cards &

Member Cards.

To plan marketing strategies, campaign and key initiatives for direct sales team.

To monitor and review the team sales productivity and progress.

To conduct post-mortem review on sales team past strategies and campaign.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Diploma in related field

At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Possess good Credit Card product knowledge and experienced in Credit Card sales.

Supervising and monitoring skill, ability to work well under pressure & good problem solving skills.

Able to develop strategies, implementations and carry out the action plan.

Possesses strong leadership quality, self-started and team player.

Self-motivated, dynamic, result orientated, reliable character within positive outlook & strong sense of commitment and discipline
