Job Description

Were seeking a Card Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end card and wallet operations, including issuance, transaction monitoring, compliance and partner coordination within a fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the issuance of physical and virtual cards.
  • Manage integration with card processors and card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
  • Ensure secure and compliant KYC/KYB processes during card issuance.
  • Manage digital wallets linked to the card.
  • Handle top-ups, withdrawals, and balance management.
  • Coordinate with banking partners and payment gateways.
  • Transaction Processing & Monitoring o Monitor card transactions for anomalies, fraud, or system errors.
  • Ensure real-time transaction reporting and reconciliation.
  • Handle disputes and chargebacks efficiently.
  • Oversee logistics for physical card printing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with customer support to resolve card issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer card data and history.
  • Ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements (AML, PCI DSS, etc.).
  • Generate performance and risk reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of card networks, payment processors, and wallet systems.
  • Understanding of AML/KYC, PCI DSS, and data security.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or payment operations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
