JOB SUMMARY
Ensures that the car park service machines are functioning smoothly, and attends to customer enquiries.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
i) Inspects on car park service machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired.
ii) Perform minor repair & maintenance of car park equipments.
iii) Replenishes car park tickets at entry stations to ensure that they are well stocked.
iv) Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods.
v) Providesinformationandassistanceto
customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g., lost or faulty
parking ticket).
vi) Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties.
vii) Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary.
viii) Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
ix) To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.
x) To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.
xi) All employees are required to adhere to the company's safety, health, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment for all.
Requirements :
i) Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
ii) Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
iii) Prior experience in car park operations would be an added advantage.
iv) Capacity to work in shifts.
v) Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
