1. HR Operations Intern
Job Summary:
Join our HR Operations team to get exposure to the core administrative functions of HR. You will assist in HR documentation, and payroll support. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are interested in the foundations of HR processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisted in payroll processing and monthly salary preparation.
- Maintained and updated employee attendance, OT, and leave records.
- Supported documentation and filing of payroll-related documents.
- Ensured accuracy and confidentiality of salary and personal employee data.
- Coordinated with HR and Finance teams for payroll disbursement processes.
Intern Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Good communication and time management skills.
2. Business Analyst Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare management report, data analysis on a regular or ad-hoc basis
- To prepare proposal, coordinate stakeholders and collect business requirements from business units for system enhancement
- To create, maintain, or update standard operating procedures of various business units upon collection of feedback and review by relevant stakeholders and management.
- To conduct in-depth analysis for business units or management to make informed decision
- To lead, monitor, and ensure any tasks or projects assigned by superior is completed or on-track with adherence to the timeline given
Intern Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analyst, AI or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to command SQL and/or Tableau will be valuable
- Good communication and time management skills.
3. Finance Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting: Assist in preparing monthly or weekly financial reports, variance analysis
- Data entry and processing: Enter financial dat, manage loan processing invoices, and manage accounts payable functions.
- Filing and documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents, ensure proper filing of project-related information, and assist with audits.
- Administrative support: Perform other duties as assigned, including general administrative tasks and special projects, which may involve using spreadsheets and databases.
Intern Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication and time management skills.
