1. HR Roles (L&D/TA/Branding)
Job Summary:
Join our HR Operational team to get exposure to the core administrative functions of HR. You will assist in HR documentation and payroll support. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are interested in the foundations of HR processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for new joiners
- Documentation & Data consolidation of employees progress
- Recruitment of potential workforce in accordance with job needs
- Multimedia skills (Video editing/Content creation/, Poster design) would be an added advantage
- Coordinated event hosting & company-wide engagement
Intern Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and Numerical accuracy
- Good Communication and Time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Content Creation related (PowerPoint/Canva)
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
2. Data Analyst (CA, BI, BS)
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing management reports and data analysis on a regular or ad-hoc basis
- Prepare proposal, coordinate stakeholders, and collect business requirements from business units for system enhancement
- Create, maintain, or update standard operating procedures of various business units upon collection of feedback and review by relevant stakeholders and management
- Conduct in-depth analysis for business units or management to make informed decisions
- Lead, monitor, and ensure any tasks or projects assigned by a superior are completed or on-track with adherence to the timeline given
Intern Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analysis, AI, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to command SQL and/or Tableau will be valuable
- Good communication and time management skills.
3. Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting: Assist in preparing monthly or weekly financial reports, variance analysis
- Data entry and processing: Enter financial data, manage loan processing invoices, and manage accounts payable functions.
- Filing and documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents, ensure proper filing of project-related information, and assist with audits
- Administrative support: Perform other duties as assigned, including general administrative tasks and special projects, which may involve using spreadsheets and databases
Intern Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication and time management skills
4. Administrative (Procurement/Insurance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing quotations and cover notes under supervision
- Made a booking/purchase on behalf of the company
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, within deadlines, and in accordance with company policies
- Participate in business process improvement and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOP)
5. Telemarketing (Inbound/Outbound)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script
- Contact & follow up prospects using the internal system
- Good communication and time management skills
- Capable of multitasking
