Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
  • Resolve any issues or questions customers may have during the payment process.
  • Manage customer refunds or exchanges according to the policies.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies related to cash handling to management.

Job Requirements

  • Must speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • No experience required
