What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and dealers; respond to product inquiries and support order placements.
• Guide customers/dealers on promotions, membership, and redemption processes.
• Process purchases and ensure accurate transaction handling.
• Set up product displays and replenish stock on shelves.
• Receive stock and perform basic inventory checks.
• Organize storage areas and maintain a clean, orderly branch environment.
• Support branch events and team gatherings by setting up, registering attendees, and preparing materials.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, POS systems, etc.)
• Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask
• Experience in retail or customer service is a bonus
