Key Responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities

Tactical Sourcing & Supplier Management

Execute tactical sourcing activities for assigned categories, obtain supplier quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, and participate in supplier negotiations for pricing, delivery, and commercial terms. Support supplier evaluation and supplier selection activities according to procurement policies and sourcing strategies.

Procurement Operations Support

Support regional sourcing projects and operational procurement activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Handle procurement inquiries, provide sourcing updates, and ensure procurement activities completed within defined timelines and compliance requirements.

Procurement Analysis & Process Improvement

Track sourcing activities, savings opportunities, and procurement KPIs while reviewing procurement reports and operational metrics. Participate in procurement transformation initiatives, conduct internal quality checks, and support process improvement projects.

Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Communication

Monitor market trends and maintain awareness of procurement industry practices. Communicate effectively with suppliers, category managers, and cross-functional stakeholders in Chinese-English, Korean-English, or Japanese-English business environments.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Proficient in Mandarin and English in language in business context
Bachelor's degree preferred in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines.
2–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or tactical buying.
Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or procurement platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and supplier negotiation skills are required.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Deep Industry Knowledge: Experience working with industry-specific data and benchmarking insights to inform sourcing decisions and drive cost savings. Understanding of the commodities being sourced, including market trends and supplier dynamics.
Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Exposure to complex sourcing methods and tools to analyze data and negotiate with suppliers effectively. Familiarity with applying data and benchmarking insights to inform sourcing decisions.
Strategic Supplier Relationships: Experience working with suppliers to meet business objectives, including influencing them to meet strategic sourcing objectives and negotiating contracts.
