Category Management Intern

【Key Responsibilities】

1.Supplier Management & Development Support

•Assist in identifying and researching potential suppliers within the affiliated country.

•Support the team in maintaining records of supplier performance and relationships.

•Participate in coordinating supplier meetings and preparing documentation for performance evaluations.

2.Cost Optimization & Pricing Analysis

•Help collect and analyze market pricing and cost data for procurement activities.

•Assist in preparing reports to support pricing strategies and cost-saving initiatives.

•Work with internal stakeholders to understand current procurement workflows and identify areas for improvement.

3.Supply Chain Strategy & Fulfillment Operations

•Support the development of category-specific supply chain plans through data gathering and basic analysis.

•Assist in tracking sourcing channel performance and highlighting potential inefficiencies.

•Collaborate with team members to document fulfillment issues and follow up on resolution plans.

4.Inventory Planning & Optimization

•Help prepare demand forecasts and stocking analysis using historical sales and market trends.

•Contribute to the development of inventory dashboards and reporting tools.

•Assist in monitoring inventory levels and suggesting adjustments based on data insights.

•Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data tools
