Lead Category Management in Technology, including spend analysis, demand analysis (forecast vs actual), market insights and trends, contract analysis, and identification of cost drivers.
Understand vendor and contract requirements within Technology and Banking.
Lead third-party risk assessments, onboarding due diligence, and exit planning.
Track vendor compliance with obligations, certifications, risk tiers, and controls in line with internal Procurement policy, BNM RMiT, and outsourcing guidelines.
Facilitate internal audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing for vendor engagements.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contract adherence through scorecards and escalation frameworks to identify non-performance and enforce penalties.
Develop vendor scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.
Monitor contractual KPIs and SLAs across technology domains.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and service improvement plans with vendors.
Drive cost benchmarking, spend tracking, and cost-avoidance reporting.
Collaborate with Business and Technology leads on vendor renewal and selection decisions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years experience in Procurement or Vendor Management for Technology.
35 years experience in the financial sector, or understanding of banking/financial sector vendor requirements, is an advantage.
Expertise in category strategy formulation, vendor performance oversight, vendor lifecycle management, and contract management.
Proficiency in contract negotiations, procurement tools, and vendor segmentation.
Skilled in reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau and in managing contract metrics.
