Job Description:

  • Lead Category Management in Technology, including spend analysis, demand analysis (forecast vs actual), market insights and trends, contract analysis, and identification of cost drivers.
  • Understand vendor and contract requirements within Technology and Banking.
  • Lead third-party risk assessments, onboarding due diligence, and exit planning.
  • Track vendor compliance with obligations, certifications, risk tiers, and controls in line with internal Procurement policy, BNM RMiT, and outsourcing guidelines.
  • Facilitate internal audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing for vendor engagements.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contract adherence through scorecards and escalation frameworks to identify non-performance and enforce penalties.
  • Develop vendor scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor contractual KPIs and SLAs across technology domains.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and service improvement plans with vendors.
  • Drive cost benchmarking, spend tracking, and cost-avoidance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Business and Technology leads on vendor renewal and selection decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in Procurement or Vendor Management for Technology.
  • 35 years experience in the financial sector, or understanding of banking/financial sector vendor requirements, is an advantage.
  • Expertise in category strategy formulation, vendor performance oversight, vendor lifecycle management, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiations, procurement tools, and vendor segmentation.
  • Skilled in reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau and in managing contract metrics.
