Category Manager - Personal Care (Brunei)

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing commercial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
• Sales Management: Managing sales teams and overseeing the sales process to ensure that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Pricing Strategy: Developing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
• Contract Negotiations: Negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Promotion planning: plan, negotiate promotion, promotion support from suppliers
• Buying Income management and collection
• Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry, and to stay updated on competitors products and pricing.
• Product Development: Collaborating with the product development team to identify new products or services that will meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of category managers or category assistant, and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Do you have experience in Category Management

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be present in Brunei at least once every 2 months, with a minimum stay of 1 week per trip.
