Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary product information.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in training new sales staff on processes and tools.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the insurance domain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
