Position Overview
This newly created CEO role is responsible for defining the long-term vision, driving commercial growth, and elevating the overall operational performance of the F&B business. The CEO will lead both strategic and hands-on functions, ensuring consistent brand standards while building a strong foundation for multi-outlet expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and drive the long-term vision, direction, and growth strategy for the F&B business, ensuring alignment with the Group's overall objectives and transformation plans.
- Oversee and improve daily operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Implement strong SOPs, performance metrics, and operational improvements.
- Lead top-line growth through data-driven marketing, product/menu innovation, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen sales performance and maximise outlet profitability.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities for new store rollouts, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and franchising opportunities.
- Develop a structured pipeline for outlet expansion with clear ROI metrics.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing operations and management team.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Establish strong governance processes to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- 812 years of senior leadership experience in F&B management, preferably multi-outlet.
- Proven track record in driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
- Deep understanding of food safety, service standards, and F&B operational best practices.
- Results-driven with strong execution, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
