Certified KAIVANT Practitioner (CKP) AI & Human Capability Consultant

As AI continues to transform the workplace, measuring and optimizing how organizations integrate technology with human capability has become a critical challenge. We are looking for experienced Consultants, HR Leaders, Organizational Development (OD) Professionals, and Coaches to join the founding cohort of Certified KAIVANT Practitioners (CKP).

In this role, you will apply the KAIVANT diagnostic framework directly with client organizations and their leadership teams to evaluate, measure, and elevate AI integration. You will sit at the intersection of human capability and technological transformation, leveraging structured diagnostic tools to guide leadership strategy.

Deploy the KAIVANT two-axis, 9-dimension framework using proprietary instruments (Kaivant-O and Kaivant-I) to measure organizational AI integration and produce actionable Kaivant Scores.

Facilitate live assessment scenarios, diagnostic workshops, and strategic interventions with client executive teams.

Leverage the full CKP Toolkit—including diagnostic frameworks, facilitation guides, and reporting templates to deliver end-to-end client engagements.

As a member of the founding cohort, contribute applied client insights to Stage 1 of the KAIVANT validation programme, actively shaping how the measurement standard is refined and established.

Participate in exclusive cross-stream seminars, roundtables, and research collaborations with academic researchers, thought leaders, and peer practitioners.

We are seeking seasoned professionals already operating at the intersection of human capability, organizational design, and AI integration:

- Professional Background: Proven track record as a Management Consultant, HR Executive, OD Specialist, Executive Coach, or Transformation Specialist.

- Subject Focus: Deep interest and practical experience in helping organizations navigate AI adoption, workplace transformation, and talent capability.

- Diagnostic Mindset: Strong analytical and craft approach to reading organizational diagnostics, lead/lag indicators, and team dynamics.

Application Review: Background assessment focused on relevant experience in human capability and AI.

Kaivant Foundations (L1): 4 hours of self-paced pre-reading covering the theoretical architecture, diagnostic model, and scoring principles.

Practitioners Workshop (L2): A 3-day intensive workshop (online or face-to-face) covering live assessment scenarios and diagnostic craft.

Practitioner Interview: A 45-minute technical and scenario-based interview with a senior practitioner or KAIVANT team member.

Written Exam: Scenario-based assessment testing framework knowledge, instrument design, scoring principles, and intervention strategy.

CKP Credentialing: Formal listing in the international Practitioner Directory, portal access, and full practitioner toolsets.
