Job Title: Change & Compliance Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change & Compliance Manager to lead end-to-end change management initiatives for a large-scale transformation or migration program. The role requires strong expertise in regulated environments, ensuring alignment with compliance, audit, and governance standards while driving stakeholder adoption and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and execute the end-to-end change management strategy aligned with program milestones and migration waves

· Conduct change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption tracking across business and IT stakeholders

· Ensure all change activities comply with regulatory, audit, and internal governance requirements

· Coordinate and align client-led training, adoption, and knowledge transfer activities with program timelines (without direct ownership of delivery)

· Support cutover and go-live readiness from a people, process, and organizational perspective

· Collaborate with the PMO to ensure compliance-related documentation, artefacts, and audit evidence are prepared and maintained

· Identify, manage, and mitigate change-related risks, issues, and dependencies

· Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and communication across multiple business units

Key Requirements

· 8–12 years of proven experience in change management, preferably within large-scale IT transformation or migration programs

· Experience working in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or critical infrastructure

· Strong knowledge of structured change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent), applied in complex environments

· Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with Project Managers and PMO teams in audit-sensitive programs

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

· Ability to operate effectively in multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environments

Preferred Skills

· Experience supporting compliance audits and regulatory reporting

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
