Change Management Manager - Finance Transformation

Contract: 1224 months | Global Finance Transformation | Multi-Market scope

We are seeking a hands-on Change Management Manager to support a major Finance Transformation programme for a global financial services client. This role sits within a finance organisation undergoing significant changes to systems, processes, and operating models. You will lead business readiness, training, testing coordination, and adoption activities across multiple countries.

This position is highly execution-driven and best suited to someone who enjoys partnering deeply with Finance stakeholders, project teams, and business units to deliver a smooth transition to new ways of working.

What you'll do

• Support business readiness and adoption for the Accounting & Reporting workstream
• Coordinate testing, training, communications and change activities across multiple countries
• Run impact assessments, readiness checklists and go/no-go forums
• Drive solution adoption and user engagement during UAT, cutover and post-go-live
• Partner with Finance, IT and PMO to ensure change impacts are clearly understood and managed
• Track issues, manage risks and escalate where needed to keep markets on track
• Help deliver a safer, faster and more efficient transition to modernised finance processes and Oracle-based solutions

What we're looking for

• 510 years in Change Management, Business Readiness or Transformation delivery
• Strong experience supporting ERP or finance process/system changes (Oracle advantage)
• Ability to translate technical change into practical impacts for end users
• Confident stakeholder manager comfortable engaging Finance teams, IT and leadership
• Hands-on, structured, independent and comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience across multiple markets or regional/global delivery models is a plus
• Insurance or financial services background preferred
• Prosci, PMP or Agile certifications are a bonus but not essential
