Change Manager

Were hiring a Change Management Lead to drive transformation within the Claims Department of a leading life insurance company.

In this role, youll:

• Lead change management strategies for large-scale programmes across markets
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness checks
• Design and deliver training & user adoption plans
• Drive communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to embed change culture

What were looking for:

1012 years experience in change management, preferably in insurance/financial services

Strong track record in large-scale transformation projects

Expertise in training design, communication planning, and stakeholder management

Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus
