About the Role:

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 expert to partner with our Change Management team. You will bridge the gap between technical setup and user adoption, ensuring smooth rollout and sustained usage of M365 tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the technical advisor to Change Management team

Explain M365 features, dependencies, and limitations in simple language

Provide guidance on: Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, M365 Apps, and Copilot

Support readiness assessments: licensing, migration status, access, and devices

Translate technical capabilities into user scenarios and training content

Review onboarding decks, demos, and FAQs for technical accuracy

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and IT stakeholders

Stay updated on Microsoft 365 roadmap and new features

What You Need:

Experience:

Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft products, focusing on Microsoft 365

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of:

Microsoft Teams

Exchange Online / Outlook

OneDrive & SharePoint

Microsoft 365 Apps

Understanding of licensing models, cloud collaboration, and technical dependencies

Certification (Mandatory):

Microsoft 365 Certified: MS-900, MS-700, or Modern Workplace / Enterprise Administrator

Preferred:

Experience with large-scale M365 rollouts or migrations

Familiarity with change management or digital transformation

Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot is an advantage
