Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and recommend service improvements to drive business growth.
Visit existing and potential customers regularly to build strong business relationships.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging concepts within chain restaurant and QSR segments to identify new opportunities.
Effectively negotiate and close sales deals while managing customer feedback and providing appropriate solution.
Drive product listing and menu integration across chain outlets, including involvement in product trials, central kitchen approvals, and menu development aligned with launch timelines.
Develop and deliver customized business plans, menu solutions, product application tailored to chain restaurant requirements and scalability across multiple outlets.
Propose suitable product solutions to meet customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback prompt and professionally.
Support superior in managing day-to-day operation expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Job requirements:
At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary, Hospitality Management, or any other related field.
At least 1-2 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in food service / F&B industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be willing to travel within assigned region.
Previous experience in Horeca sales background is an added advantage.
Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and customer preference.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools. (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken. Able to converse in Chinese is an added advantage, as will need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
