We are looking for a dynamic and globally minded professional to support our international market expansion strategy. This role will focus on developing overseas channel networks, managing cross-border partnerships, and executing global market initiatives to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the expansion of overseas markets by identifying and engaging potential channel partners, agents, and distributors.
- Manage day-to-day communication with overseas partners and follow up on collaboration progress and commercial matters.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of international exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Track channel performance data, compile market feedback, and prepare basic analysis reports.
- Support the execution of overseas marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of overseas projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in business development, channel operations, or market expansion roles.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Willing and able to travel overseas frequently and on short notice (for exhibitions and business meetings).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
