Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Exploration: Proactively identify and pursue emerging opportunities in the market to expand our sales footprint.
  • Strategic Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, collaborating on joint strategies for mutual growth.
  • Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key account end-users, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and surpass assigned sales targets in a high-performance environment.
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Effectively manage the complete channel sales cycle, from prospecting to successful deal closure.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of all channel sales activities and partner interactions in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven channel sales experience, preferably in the IT distribution field.
  • Relationship Building: Adept at building and maintaining strong professional relationships with partners and key accounts.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in achieving goals.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for efficient sales processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools.

Salary Range: RM 5000 - RM 7000
