Our client is seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to accelerate growth within their partner ecosystem. You will manage and expand relationships with resellers and system integrators, driving new partner acquisition while deepening existing partnerships. Collaborating closely with product, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams, you'll ensure partners are fully enabled, on-boarded, and empowered to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner Development: Identify, engage, and secure new reseller and channel opportunities across enterprise IT and cybersecurity markets.
- Full Cycle Deal Ownership: Drive the end-to-end sales process with channel partnersfrom discovery and solution alignment to contract closure and revenue recognition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver smooth partner onboarding and long-term account growth.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate channel pipeline, provide actionable insights, and support strategic sales planning.
- Quarterly Performance Accountability: Achieve clearly defined channel sales and growth targets, with measurable KPIs from the first quarter of employment.
Requirements:
- 35 years of channel sales or partner management experience in IT or cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Highly organized, able to manage complex partner workflows and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Possesses own vehicle and is willing to travel as needed to engage with partners and customers.
