Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, VARs, and system integrators, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance market coverage and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to provide partners with the tools and resources needed for success.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and deliver training programs and enablement initiatives to enhance partner knowledge and capabilities.
- Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with channel partners to generate leads and close deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all channel sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, network security, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through channel sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling channel partners to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
