Role Description
The Chargeman A4 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Petaling Jaya. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing electrical systems and operations to ensure safety and efficiency, supervising the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, and conducting inspections to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role also requires planning and coordinating maintenance schedules, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with the team to enhance overall facility performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage teams effectively
- Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance responsibilities
- Proficiency in Carpentry and general repair tasks
- Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration and reporting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Chargeman A4 certification (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in facility or energy management
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
