Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Chargeman, based in Johor Baharu. The Chargeman will oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth functioning of heavy equipment, liaise with team members to maintain clear communication, and perform required maintenance tasks. Responsibilities also include supervising team activities and ensuring the safety and proper handling of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and oversee projects.
• Experience with Heavy Equipment and its operational procedures.
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Carpentry and general Maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work collaboratively with a team.
• Relevant certification as a Chargeman is preferred.
• Experience in the renewable energy or construction sectors is a bonus.
