Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chargeman located in Seremban. The Chargeman will oversee and supervise daily operational tasks, maintain heavy equipment, and ensure that all machinery is functional and safe. Additional responsibilities include performing maintenance activities, coordinating with team members, and ensuring project timelines are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
• Experience with operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Carpentry and knowledge of related tools and techniques
• Expertise in performing Maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in industrial environments
• Certification as a Chargeman or relevant technical qualification is preferred
