In this role, the individual will be responsible for creating an engaging, relevant, and intuitive end-to-end experience for driver-partners, merchant-partners, and consumers. The individual will collaborate with Grabbers across the organization, advocating for and creating a customer-centric journey that ensures partners and consumers can get the most out of the products.
Job Description:
- Participate in technical and product review meetings.
- Conduct business analysis with stakeholders and align the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Deliver high-quality, bug-free solutions using in-house built tools.
- Dive deep into data to conduct advanced statistical analyses.
- Conceptualize and present analyses to business/product stakeholders effectively.
Requirements:
- A diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in HTML, JSON, and JavaScript.
- A self-starter, technically competent, quick learner, problem solver, and data-driven professional with strong interpersonal, cross-team collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and creative with an understanding of the right balance between product and business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive initiatives with aggressive timelines.
- Prior experience in building Automation and Chatbot workflows will be an added advantage.
