Job Description
- Checkpoint Firewall Engineer
- One Resident Engineer during the contracted period to monitor incidents logged by Customer to ensure fulfilment of this Agreement
- Work closely with the Customer and Service Provider for problem determination and resolution for machines listed.
- Determine severity of the problem and invoke necessary escalation to the Customer and/or appropriate Service Provider's personnel
- Coordinate activities related to scheduled/unscheduled replacement of faulty parts.
- Involve in the planning of any activity related to hardware and operating system for product with the Customer.
