Role Summary:
The intern will support the Chemical Department's laboratory and technical team in documentation, data handling, and coordination activities to support chemical testing, analysis, and laboratory operations for Gradiant's water and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and organizing laboratory documentation, test records, and chemical analysis reports.
- Support data entry, tracking, and filing of laboratory results, sample logs, and operational records.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure timely recording and submission of test data and reports.
- Assist the Chemical Engineer / Lab Manager in compiling summaries, reports, and basic dashboards for internal tracking.
- Support laboratory process improvement initiatives, including documentation standardization and digitalization efforts.
- Ensure proper filing and adherence to internal lab procedures and safety documentation requirements.

Requirements:
- Undergraduate student in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong interest in laboratory work, chemical analysis, and learning about water treatment processes.
