CHIEF FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description:

. Oversee end‑to‑end accounting operations, month‑end & year‑end closing, prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements compliant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

. Manage full‑cycle cash flow, accounts payable & accounts receivable, project cost monitoring for renovation and furniture manufacturing projects.

. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, provide financial insights to management for business decision‑making.

. Coordinate statutory reporting, corporate tax filing, liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and banking institutions.

. Establish and improve internal financial controls, finance policies and workflows for project‑based business.

. Monitor project profitability, conduct cost analysis for renovation contracts and furniture production orders.

. Review financial documents, support commercial contract financial assessment, ensure full regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

.Master s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. CPA / ACCA qualification is preferred.

. Minimum 8 years working experience in finance management, preferably in construction, renovation or manufacturing industry.

. Solid knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, corporate tax and statutory compliance requirements.

. Proficient in Python, VBA, MS Excel, accounting ERP systems strong analytical, problem‑solving skills.

. Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

. Highly detail‑oriented, hands‑on, good stakeholder management capability.
