Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Treasury and Capital Management:
Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
Develop capital-raising strategies to support expansion and operations.
Risk Management and Internal Controls:
Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure strong internal control environments.
Lead enterprise risk management initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Minimum of [10+] years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or senior finance executive.

Strong understanding of corporate financial law, tax regulations, and risk management practices.
