We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) preferably from Retail Industry to lead the full spectrum of finance operations and drive business growth. This role will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full finance operations, including reporting, budgeting & cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, Bursa listing requirements & statutory frameworks
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and consolidated reporting
- Manage fundraising, investments, and corporate exercises
- Drive risk management, internal controls & financial governance
- Provide strategic input on business expansion, M&A, and partnerships
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership / CFO-level role
- Strong knowledge of PLC environment, compliance & corporate finance
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, independence, and business acumen
