Your New Company

You'll be joining our client, a forwardthinking SaaS organisation with a growing footprint across APAC. They operate a productfirst, customercentric culture and are investing heavily in productled growth (PLG)from instrumentation and experimentation to pricing and packaging transformation.

The business is poised for its next phase of scale, focusing on selfserve acquisition, rapid activation, durable retention and expansion. You'll partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to shape the growth thesis, build repeatable growth loops, and unlock compounding ARR/NRR.

Your Role

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is accountable for designing and executing a productled, datadriven growth strategy that accelerates selfserve adoption, activation, retention and monetisation across our digital products. You will lead a crossfunctional growth organisation (Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales & Customer Success), build scalable growth loops, and establish a rigorous experimentation culture to deliver sustainable, compounding ARR and NRR.

Key Deliverables

  • PLG Strategy & Execution: A coherent growth thesis, roadmap and operating model covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and expansion for core products.
  • Growth Metrics Performance: Signup activation conversion, trialtopaid conversion, WAU/MAU, feature adoption, timetovalue, retention/cohorts, NRR, CAC payback, selfserve ARR, expansion revenue, and pricing/packaging effectiveness.
  • Experimentation System: Endtoend experimentation pipeline (hypothesis design run analyse rollout) with weekly velocity targets and statistical rigor.
  • Growth Infrastructure: Instrumentation, analytics, event taxonomies, experimentation platform, growth engineering capacity and data governance.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Markettested pricing strategy (tiers, usagebased, addons), monetisation experiments, and clear upgrade paths.
  • CrossFunctional Ways of Working: Defined interfaces with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, CS; SLAs for handoffs and feedback loops.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 12+ years across Product/Growth/Marketing/Revenue roles; 5+ years leading PLG at scale (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Track record building growth organisations and delivering stepchange improvements in activation, retention and monetisation.
  • Deep experimentation expertise; comfort with statistical methods and instrumentation.
  • Experience designing and implementing pricing & packaging strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics or related; MBA or advanced quant background is advantageous
