BettingJobs is working with a multi-brand B2C operator who are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join their team in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with revenue and expansion goals.
- Define market positioning, brand strategy, and competitive differentiation.
- Lead SEO strategy including content marketing, backlink building, and technical SEO.
- Ensure long-term organic traffic sustainability.
- Oversee paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, influencer, OEM traffic, affiliate networks).
- Manage ROI and media buying performance.
- Build and manage affiliate programs, master agents, and media partnerships.
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Keep high standard and manage online/offline promotions.
- Coordinate sales, inventory, marketing, and customer service across various platforms.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, tournaments, and seasonal campaigns.
- Drive data-based decisions and executive reporting.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years or above marketing experience with 5 years or above in a management position.
- Gaming/entertainment background preferred.
- Strong experience in affiliate marketing, media buying, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record in scaling revenue and user acquisition in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset.
- Proficient in SEO and strategy tools (such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.); capable of increasing traffic.
- Fluent Chinese & English and familiarity with the local language and culture is a plus.
