Chief Sales Officer

An established integrated electronics manufacturing company is currently on the lookout for a Chief Sales Officer to come on-board their business.
Your new role
- Responsible for achieving the business's revenue and leading end-to-end business development efforts.
- Preparing proposal development including technical feasibility, costing, and pricing analysis
- Develop an annual business development strategy and conduct reviews with constant updates
- Constantly keeping up to date with market trends and closely monitoring competitor movements
- Development of KPIs and other performance expectations and targets of the sales team as well as providing coaching and guidance
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 12 years of working experience in B2B sales and ideally 5 years of a lead role
- Proficient in English and conversational in Mandarin
