Job Description

Job Responsibility

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in primary school subjects, including Mathematics, English, Science, and other relevant areas.
Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to the individual learning needs and abilities of each student.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning enjoyable and accessible.
Assist students with homework, test preparation, and project assignments to reinforce classroom learning.
Identify areas where students may be struggling and provide additional support to address these challenges.
Able to conduct fun activities during school holidays.
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes curiosity and a love for learning.
Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding their childs progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification of SPM; Those with Bachelors degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field will be added advantage.
Fresh graduate / Candidate with relevant working experience are welcome
Teaching certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proficiency in English & Mandarin Speaking is required for this position.
Previous experience teaching or tutoring primary school students.
Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young learners.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
