We're Hiring: China Wealth Sales Director | International Bank | Kuala Lumpur

Are you an experienced Senior Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager / Team Lead with a strong track record in the Greater China / North Asia wealth market, ready to step into a broader sales leadership and business development role

We are looking for a commercially driven China Wealth Sales Director to lead growth across the China wealth segment, with a strong focus on new client acquisition, portfolio expansion, revenue growth and relationship deepening.

This role is ideal for someone who has already built a successful career in wealth management and is now ready to take on greater market ownership, senior client exposure and sales leadership responsibilities.

What we're looking for:

• Currently a Senior RM / Wealth Manager / Sales Director / Team Lead / Priority or Premier Banking RM

• Strong experience managing affluent / HNW clients

• Proven experience working with Greater China / North Asia clients

• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin professionally, due to regular engagement with Mandarin-speaking clients

• Strong track record in client acquisition, prospecting and new-to-bank business development

• Comfortable with networking, referrals, cold outreach and building new client pipelines

• Able to grow and deepen existing portfolios through strong wealth advisory and needs-based conversations

• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales targets, revenue generation and portfolio growth

• Leadership capability and the ability to drive market growth, influence stakeholders and support overall China wealth strategy

• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and ready to take ownership of a growing market segment

Attractive Senior-Level Compensation

Compensation will be calibrated based on the candidate's Greater China / North Asia market experience, client portfolio, acquisition track record, revenue performance and overall seniority.

Candidates with an established wealth-management background and strong transferable China market / Mandarin client experience are also welcome to explore the opportunity.
