Role Overview

The Sales Associate supports business growth by assisting in identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This role works closely with senior sales team members, marketing, and project teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing new sales leads and opportunities
• Support relationship management with new and existing clients
• Prepare sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
• Assist in contract negotiations and closing sales
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project execution
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales and business development
• Basic negotiation and customer service skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related industries is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
