What you'll do

1. Responsible for developing the Southeast Asian Chinese-speaking market. Develop localized customer acquisition strategies, breaking through traditional online advertising models and focusing on offline networks and highly engaged private communities;

2. Channel system construction and expansion: Identify and recruit key channel partners within the region (including but not limited to: community KOCs, local communities, agencies, etc.). Establish a grid-like cooperation network, achieving bulk user import through core nodes;

3. Design a competitive channel revenue-sharing model and agent incentive system tailored to the characteristics of local channels. Empower channel partners to spontaneously educate community members about the product, converting community traffic into effective transacting users;

4. Identify high-potential local business opportunities and build deep trust relationships with core channel leaders through offline visits, closed-door meetings, etc., ensuring the effective implementation of cooperation policies.

What you'll need

1. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ave.ai or TokenPocket, especially those skilled in user growth;

2. Preference will be given to candidates with abundant on-the-ground promotion resources, mature community leaders/agents, or local community resources; mandarin speaking, based in Malaysia

3. Understanding of transaction habits and needs in lower-tier markets, ability to provide relevant insights and feedback, and the capacity to independently design channel cooperation plans;

4. Self-driven: Strong goal orientation and responsibility for growth data.
