Job Description

You will be a member of the hydropower and dam team serving local and international projects. You will be responsible for supporting various engineering projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and gaining hands-on experience in your field of study. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and managers to develop your technical skills and contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Job Description

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct research, analysis, and calculations to support project objectives.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Field Work: Participate in site visits, inspections, and field tests as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing solutions and improvements as needed.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to your area of expertise.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training programs, workshops, and mentoring opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Safety: Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • Experience in civil designs
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards for project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preference (but not compulsory) in understanding of hydropower project processes and regulations.
  • Quantify your achievements with data and metrics to demonstrate your impact.
