Civil & Structural Coordinator

Job info: This role will be based in Tanjung Langsat Johor

Job Summary:

We are an established EPCC for palm oil downstream projects. We are recruiting for our new project in Tanjung Langsat for Ultra high volume palm oil refinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Coordination & Supervision
• Supervise daily civil and structure works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site workers to ensure smooth progress of work.
• Monitor work sequences to ensure proper construction practices and safety procedures are followed.
• Quality Control
• Inspect and verify workmanship, structural elements, rebar works, formworks, concreting, masonry and finishing work.
• Ensure materials delivered to site comply with approved specification and QA/QC requirements.
• Highlight non-conformities and ensure corrective action are taken.
• Progress Monitoring
• Track daily site progress and report to Site Manager.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress photo, and update work status.
• Ensure work is completed within schedule, resolving site constraints promptly.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Ensure all site personnel comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Report unsafe acts/ conditions and enforce corrective action.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years site experience in civil & structural works
• Able to understand technical drawings and specification.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work extended hours or weekends if required by site progress.
