Job Description
- Own end-to-end claims recovery from submission to resolution with third-party logistics partners (3PLs), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Validate and submit claims with complete supporting documentation to maximize recovery rates and minimize rejections.
- Investigate lost, damaged, or stolen parcels by triangulating data across multiple internal systems, operational logs, and supporting evidence.
- Navigate and leverage multiple backend systems to trace claim journeys, identify root causes, and ensure accurate claim outcomes.
- Develop a strong understanding of system configurations and business rules, and how they translate into claims eligibility, approval rates, and financial impact.
- Identify process and system gaps; propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and recovery performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Vendor Management, Disputes, Payments, Finance, and Fraud teams to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes.
Requirements
- Strong systems aptitude — comfortable navigating multiple backend tools and understanding how system logic/configurations impact outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights, identify patterns, and use data to influence decisions.
- High ownership with the ability to independently drive investigations and resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., data manipulation, analysis, reporting).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly justify decisions using data.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and process discipline.
