Job Description:

Own end-to-end claims recovery from submission to resolution with third-party logistics partners (3PLs), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Validate and submit claims with complete supporting documentation to maximize recovery rates and minimize rejections.
Investigate lost, damaged, or stolen parcels by triangulating data across multiple internal systems, operational logs, and supporting evidence.
Navigate and leverage multiple backend systems to trace claim journeys, identify root causes, and ensure accurate claim outcomes.
Develop a strong understanding of system configurations and business rules, and how they translate into claims eligibility, approval rates, and financial impact.
Identify process and system gaps propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and recovery performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Vendor Management, Disputes, Payments, Finance, and Fraud teams to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes.

Requirements:

Strong systems aptitude - comfortable navigating multiple backend tools and understanding how system logic/configurations impact outcomes.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights, identify patterns, and use data to influence decisions.
High ownership with the ability to independently drive investigations and resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Structured problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., data manipulation, analysis, reporting).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly justify decisions using data.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and process discipline.
