Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

1. To assist Unit and Section Head to achieve department and division goal.

2. Responsible to update and manage customer database with accurate and precise information.

3. To ensure all customers information to be updated accurately and within timely manner.

4. Ensure all customers data protected at all times according to PDPA Act 2010.

5. To follow established procedures for each request, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

6. Handle request by Dealership nationwide on changes of customers information through email.

7. To follow established procedures for each request, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

8. To assist on documentation and filing management of the Department.

9. To attend and prepare fixed data request

10. Ad-hoc task or project assigned by superior as the situation dictates

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

1. Confident, mature and have continuous improvement mindset.

2. Basic level in MS Office: Power Point, Excel and Words.

3. Must be fluent in English language and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.

4. Self-motivated individual with a high level of initiative and energy.

5. Management skills, project management skills, community awareness, sociable

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

1. SPM or Certificate in any field.

2. Minimum of 1 year working experience in any industry.
