Job Description

Job Summary:

Support the daily administrative, travel, meeting, and document control work for the data center MEP EPC project team or department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide daily administrative support to the project team or department.
  2. Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transport, and schedules.
  3. Manage filing, tracking, archiving, and distribution of project and department documents.
  4. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, meeting rooms, and minutes.
  5. Support communication and follow-up with internal teams, subcontractors, and external parties.
  6. Assist with other routine coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Chinese language capability is required.
  • Relevant experience in admin support, document control, or project coordination is preferred.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, MEP, EPC, or data center projects is a plus.
  • Good organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
